Renewing a registration when moving to Searsport from another municipality in Maine requires:

• Proof of residency in Searsport (deed, lease, rental agreement or letter from property owner)
• The current vehicle registration document
• A valid insurance card
• The current mileage.

NOTE:  Address changes that do not involve renewing the vehicle registration must be processed at a BMV branch office.
