REAL ESTATE RECORDS:  To ensure that you receive all mailed notices and invoices in a timely manner, please use THIS FORM to notify the Town Clerk of any changes to your mailing address. Be sure to include the map and lot number for your property, and remember to sign and date the form.

VITAL RECORDS:  Visit the Maine Department of Health & Human Services website to learn about vital records management in Maine.

Marriage Licenses are issued at the town level. You can learn more about getting married at Maine.gov 

Copies of Birth Certificates and Death Certificates can be ordered at the Town Office. You may be able to order copies online through the Maine Municipal Vital Request Service, or though VitalChek (an independent company).
