Town Manager

Town Manager James Gillway serves as the chief administrative officer, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the town. Key functions include implementing policies set by the Select Board, preparing and managing the municipal budget, overseeing town departments and staff, and ensuring the efficient delivery of public services. The Town Manager also acts as a liaison between the Select Board, town employees, and the public, addressing community needs and facilitating communication to support effective governance.
